Essential Functions
- Manage projects and oversee elements of company production.
- Manage suppliers, including visiting them when required.
- Create Production files including drawings, manual instructions, ATP, ATR, etc.
- Create and manage BOM for multiple programs.
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes.
- Developing of new suppliers
- Participate in assemblies and testing.
- Provide data to the management for the quotations.
- Guide the technicians.
- Reporting to a CTO and working with the Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferably 3 years experience)
- Experience with CAD systems (preferably Solidworks or Solid Edge)
- Ability to understand the drawings and the specifications.
- Ability to work in metric and imperial systems.
- Deep Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, coatings, assemblies, etc.)
- Experience with PCBs, cables, connectors, and electronics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP is an advantage.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Cardholder.
